zero the bar repeats identically forever. This is the frame's only
continuous dial; everything else here is a choice between documented options.
§3 wants this frame fixed while the wet is pushed, so there is no step editing here.
But §7 counts a harmonic modification among the five things that mark a section
boundary — so changing the frame is a move, not a settings change. Make it like one.
